The specific focus will be to create a system and team effort for the support of Teen Challenge Montana.

This will be done through a revolutionary combination of technology, marketing and coordination.

The goal will be to not only raise funds but create a situation where the funds continue to grow without the need to continuously request donations.

Once the local goals have been met, we plan on expanding this to the other organizations not only in the US but internationally.

If the concept works as expected, virtually all of Teen Challenge’s financial requirements will be met through this one funding process.

The next step will be to expand the marketing concept to other non profit organizations in serious need of financial assistance.  The types of projects that can be funded are unlimited.  As example, we could support local school renovation then build local schools, support whole school districts and eventually the entire educational system.

This is accomplished by initially having individuals donate a starting inventory of products that are distributed through local merchants and businesses for donations.  100% of all the profits beyond the cost of the wholesale product are donated to the non profit (Teen Challenge).  The wholesale base is used to restock the product so you have created a continuous income stream from one initial inventory donation.

Each merchant involved will have a personal website connected via the Local Directory tab on this website.  Each merchant page will have basic information about their business and contact information.  They will also have a Text Messaging short code if they desire to offer store or business specific discounts to local customers.

Flyers will be provided with information on how the program works and they will advertise this website leading to the supporting businesses.  Teen Challenge, the supporting businesses and supporting marketing affiliates will provide the flyers for the community.

Text messaging is an integral part of the program to provide benefit to the merchant.  The merchant short code will be on their store display box for the product encouraging the merchant to point out that donating for product will help Teen Challenge.  At the same time the merchant will try to get the customer to join their store text messaging service.  The initial text message back to the customer will provide an incentive of $5 to $50 to the customer to try one of the simple work at home programs such as getting paid to read email, fill out surveys or writing articles.  These are excellent part time incomes for college students.  The text service will be offered at incredible low cost including the management of the service for the business.

Merchants may passively be involved with the program or take an active part.  All that is needed on their part is a willingness to display the product, take donations and give it to the Teen Challenge girls when product needs to be restocked.  If they want to take an active part, they may purchase product directly from the company and manage their own inventory.  They still give all profit over wholesale to the non profit; however, as they refer other merchants to the program they will receive a small wholesale override on their referrals.

Teen Challenge only needs to communicate with merchants, pick up donations and restock the inventory.   Teen Challenge reorders product as needed as they collect donations and when they need to replace inventory.  All initial product is provided to Teen Challenge via donations.  Teen Challenge is NOT in the business nor do any of the merchants need to be in the business.  Product ordering and delivery for Teen Challenge is via the supporting donating proxy Genus Enterprises.

Customers may support the non profit in several ways.  They may purchase product at retail from this website for delivery to their address and all retail profit goes to Teen Challenge.  They may order product from this website and pick up product at the Teen Challenge Thrift Shop at 1035 Mount Avenue Missoula.  This may save them substantial shipping costs and Teen Challenge still receives the retail profit.  Finally, customers may purchase the product at wholesale from the company via a special link.  Not only do they receive the product at wholesale but they may be able to get their coffee free by telling a few friends to purchase from them.  Their wholesale purchases will create income for Teen Challenge via the special link.  If you want to purchase at wholesale with credit to Teen Challenge contact us by leaving a comment on this blog or visit the Order Page.
